DESCRIPTION

Come take a big helping of authentic, traditional Louisiana Cajun, Creole and Zydeco music with the Pine Leaf Boys. The youthful exuberance of Pine Leaf Boys emerges from their spicy, dynamic Cajun music families and connects across generations, as they bring brilliant playing to the stage. All five members, in their early 20s - Wilson Savoy, Cedric Watson, Jon Bertrand, Drew Simon, and Blake Miller are skillful multi-instrumentalists and often switch and trade-off during their dynamic performance. Transitioning from acoustic sets to dance sets, they present their music in multiple configurations such a twin fiddle, duo accordion/fiddle, bass, drum, and even stomping jurés. Pine Leaf Boys play music with a passion and it is evident once you spend an evening with them.
