DESCRIPTION

Picture an artist's atelier in Paris about 1880. At that time artists all over Europe began to work with their models in the privacy of their own studios. These intimate relationships often became charged with erotic energy, with the model playing the part of muse, mistress, and the very embodiment of beauty. The intensity of these encounters often attracted artists of many types whose inspiration was fueled by the potent combination of creativity and sensuality.

The Little Red Studio is an opportunity to come inside a distinctly modern version of this experience. Guests are invited to come and watch as artists and models interact in the creation of beautiful drawings and paintings, and the performance of live music, dance and poetry in a space that is at once erotic, cozy, luxurious, and spiritual. Perhaps you will see oil painting, sketching, or a photo shoot in action. You may hear torch songs, an operatic aria, or the recitation of original erotic poetry. You could see dance, mime, aerials or even performance yoga. You will enjoy the sounds of our Little Red Studio Orchestra or many other guest musicians who perform with us.

But the Little Red Studio is not just about watching; it is also about participating. Every evening we do a few things to get people involved. We may play sexy parlor games, ask our guests to participate as models for body painting, or turn the Studio into a disco club for a few songs. To engage all your senses, we always include some fabulous dessert, generally served up in most unusual and exciting ways. You will get to know the artists and your fellow guests as you all participate in an event that usually becomes, by the end, a great party.

The underlying mission of The Little Red Studio is to celebrate the intersection between art and erotic energy in a relaxed and positive space. What makes The Little Red Studio work is that models, artists, and guests are in an unconventional environment with the utmost of mutual respect.
