Target Family Day 2008 event

 Family Day 2008

Target Family Day: October 18, 2008

Come Out & Play!  Theatre Puget Sound hosts Live Theatre Week, your official all-access pass to our region’s performing arts!

On Target Family Day, participating theatres offer complimentary activities and performances that the whole family can enjoy.  Share the magic and imagination of live theatre with your children.

****************

Taproot Theatre's Road Company will host a free performance of this beloved Bethany Wallace play that helps teach kids about forming friendships and appreciating differences.

This special Live Theatre Week performance will be at the Greenwood Library on Target Family Day, Saturday, October 18.

Marvel may be a super hero, but that doesn’t mean he knows how to be a super friend … yet. At Super Camp, the summer camp for super heroes, Marvel discovers it’s a lot harder to make friends than he thought. With some helpful advice from his dad, and the assistance of his camp counselor, Marvel learns what it takes to make and be a good friend.

Meanwhile, the evil Professor Nemesis has come up with a sinister plan to strip all the super-heroes of their powers. It’s up to Marvel and his new friends to use their special gifts and work together to save the day.
