MISSION STATEMENT
To present real and underheard stories in physical and fascinating ways.
MORE ABOUT THEATRE
Nebunele Theatre is the brainchild of Alissa Mortenson and Claytie Mason in Seattle. We play with stories in a physical and ensemble way. We are playwrights and producers who continue to hone shows throughout the rehearsal process. In 2008, we'll be featured at DivaFest, EXIT theatre's women's playwriting festival in San Francisco, as well as producing in Seattle in May the revised version of Medea Knows Best, our current playwriting project--the ancient story of revenge set in 50's TV-land. With this show, perversely, we aim to explore the significance of true faith in an ideal.
