MISSION STATEMENT
A place for fantasy and a place for truth, Olympia Family Theater will be a space that adult and young-adult actors can perform for children and their families.

We are passionate about offering our community an alternative to mass media entertainment, to explore complex themes and important issues in a dramatic setting.

Our goal is to present children’s theater that not only entertains, but also stimulates dialogue and personal growth for young people and their families.
MORE ABOUT THEATRE
We are a newer theater company in Olympia, with a primary mission of providing theater for young audiences. We are currently performing 5 shows per season, including one musical, one for older audiences, and one with an all youth cast. We have had great community support, and hope to develop in to a semi-professional theater with regular youth classes, outreach to under served communities, and school day performances in our own venue. We currently offer week long summer camps, and are tentatively planning a class during Spring Break, in April of 2010.
