MISSION STATEMENT
GreenStage inspires our audiences to engage in live theatre as part of their recreation.

MORE ABOUT THEATRE
GreenStage has been presenting FREE Shakespeare in the Park and other classic plays in Seattle since 1989. We are committed to presenting all our plays to audiences free of admission charges. We do gladly accept donations at the performances.

In our history we have produced well over 40 productions – including all but six of the 38 plays in Shakespeare's canon. Our popular Shakespeare in the Park program plays annually to over 8000 people in locations in Seattle, Fall City, Lynnwood, Burien, and Redmond.

GreenStage creates engaging, inspiring and exceptional theatrical experiences through the works of William Shakespeare and other classic dramatists. We promote free and accessible performances for our community, created through the collaboration of skilled artists who are dedicated to producing the highest quality of classic theatre.
